Avalon has developed a methodological model that is common to all our courses. It is a participative methodology, as well as dialogical (that is, that joins ans shares prior knowledge from all participants in the course), so that way they can find a common ground, share experiences and exchange advice, aspects to improve, etc. 

The course consists on three modules:

Either the theoretical part as well as the practical one, they are both stimulated by professional guides. The experience exchange session is carried out by two organizations who can provide good practice in some areas.
At the end of each course an open and participative evaluation takes place  among all the people that have taken part in the course (trainers, staff and trainees) so as to collect as much information as possible and make the appropriate changes or modifications proposed by all these people.
